Waters Edge Real Estate Market Update

First and foremost,  I am seeing some serious discrepancies in Waters Edge, and I am seeing some correct values with agents. Like I've stated on this blog certain Realtors understand the actual correct state of our neighborhood with the massive renovation of new siding, windows, roof, decks, etc., and some Realtors absolutely do not get it and they cause damages to our community with real estate values.

The major problem are Realtors undermining the values; which in affect is plundering the neighborhood so lets take a look at some great values and some real incompetence. I can see the positive market with our condominiums. I can see some agents causing some negative effects concerning our property values. We've came a long ways with the new siding, new windows, new roofs, new railings, etc.  We have one of the greatest condominiums in Salmon Creek compared to other struggling degrading condo's in the area like we moved forward from. The H.O.A did a fantastic well done job kudos to them.

I'd like to add we our located in Salmon Creek the job corridor for the next ten years in our local area so we have an awesome opportunity ahead of us. The 115 million dollar overpass at Salmon Creek and the expansion on the West side of I-5 with commercial development North of Fred Meyers to the Fair Grounds we will see office buildings with retail it will look like 162nd Ave in the Tech Center Drive area so protect your property.

In addition, the property to the West adjacent to Waters Edge is a 10 Million Dollar Hospital which will increase property values and we will have a new gate and a fence. The properties North are selling (see picture below) and are zoned for Office Buildings from 139th Street to Salmon Creek Ave N.E of Waters Edge, plus the Hospice Center at 134th St. and Salmon Creek Ave is expanding and the multi-million dollar retirement apartment housing increases values.
